Call me with details of the document(s) to be translated, advising of any specific requirements and your deadline, or E-mail all the relevant details along with a copy of the document(s) in question. |

Upon receipt of all relevant information, and once the text has been viewed, I will send you a quote by return of E-mail, or, if unavailable to assist, will notify you accordingly.
Once your acceptance of the quote has been confirmed and received (along with payment in full for private clients), your translation will be completed and returned by the agreed deadline. |
An invoice for work undertaken will be submitted at the same time as the translation.
Payment terms are 30 days as of invoice date (excepting instances where advance payment, in part or in full, has been made). |

Minimum charge: FRENCH -> ENGLISH

- Rates are based on the number of words contained in the source text, calculated in Word and are inclusive of document preparation, translation, plus basic lay-out reproduction.
- Rates vary according to the subject and complexity of the text to be translated and the deadline involved.
- A minimum charge fee is applied for short texts of under 300 words.
- Assignments completed to a short deadline or involving weekends and/or non-standard office hours will be subject to a surcharge of 20%.
Certified Translation: from €35 per certificate/page (texts >250 words)
